Before July 14
If you need to cancel your registration to attend on campus, there will be a charge of $50 per adult or half your fee, whichever is lower. Any amount you have paid over that will be refunded.
After July 14
If you cancel there is a cancellation fee of $300 per adult or 50% of your fee, whichever is lower. The cancellation fee covers housing, which the Yearly Meeting needs to pay for regardless of use if Friends cancel after this date. If you need to cancel due to illness, you will receive a full refund.
